• Inventory Mode: End-to-end inventory management built into the reservation suite
• Build-Your-Own Views: Design and save custom view templates - shared account-wide or kept personal - for pre-shift, end-of-day reconciliation, commission tracking, birthday outreach lists, and more
• Auto-Generated Spend Agreements: Produce and print PDF spend agreements automatically, with a built-in calculator for chit printing
• Reservation Report Builder: Construct and save your own list templates for reservation reporting
• Paylink Approvals: Granular access-level controls over who can approve paylinks and approval-only access
• Web Manager on iOS: The full web manager is now iOS-compatible, including floor plan views in the browser
• Saved Cards & Self-Serve Cancellations: Guests can now store payment methods and partners can manage and set cancellation parameters
• One Day, Multiple 3D Maps: Run several events in a single day, each with its own dedicated 3D map
• AI Reservation Concierge (Beta) + Auto Lead Filter + Generator

• Community CRM Inside Events: Lifetime value, cumulative visit history, and acquisition sources now surface directly within each event
• Custom Checkout Questions: Responses sync automatically to the guest's Community profile
• Memberships: A single membership solution that spans concepts, events, and event series
• Flexible Event Timing: Set unique open and close times and custom text for individual events or full series
• Deeper Event FAQs: More room and flexibility for per-event FAQ content
• Sharper Guest Analytics: Improved zip code and guest data reporting
• Instantly Generated Custom Per-Event Slugs

Guest List:

• Web Guest List, Full Suite: Complete guest list functionality now available on web
• Affiliate Analytics by Source: Performance broken out by guest type and check-ins for every source
• Source-Level Permissions: Control access on a per-source basis
• Bulk Guest Upload: Add guests in bulk straight from the web guest list

iOS Manager:

• Guest & Sponsor Tally: Track guest and sponsor counts at the door
• Tighter Guest List Permissions: Enhanced access controls for guest lists on iOS
• Accrual & Transaction-Date Reporting: Sales reports by either accounting basis
• Own-Reservations-Only Access: A limited permission level that restricts users to their own bookings, community, and performence analytics
• Smarter Notifications: Reservation-triggered push notifications plus in-app two-way SMS
• Table POS: Bug fixes and meaningful speed gains

Partnerships & Integrations:

• POS Middleware: A new layer for connecting Speakeasy to your point-of-sale stack
• Now Live: Union POS, Square, Laylo, and Klaviyo integrations
• Expanded Controls: More configuration options for Agilysys InfoGenesis
